Southwell and Nottingham Cursillo have published the programme for the National Ultreya at Southwell Minster on Saturday 2nd September 2017. Details are on the BACC website and you can also download and print a copy of the flyer. Bill Rout has copies of the flyer and if anyone wants one, he says to get in touch with him and he’ll put one in the post to you.
Following advice from the Southwell organising team we have “pencilled in” 16 places for those of us who will be arriving in the mini-bus. They have also advised us that Southwell is quite a small town with a limited supply of cafes and eateries. Southwell and Notts Cursillo will therefore be laying on lunch for those who wish to participate. They will be providing baked potatoes with a choice of fillings, a dessert and tea/coffee at a cost of £8-90 pp. Bringing a packed lunch is of course also possible and we will need to advise Southwell & Notts of our requirements for food later.
We have a list of interested participants for the mini-bus and Bill will be contacting those who have indicated an interest in joining us shortly. Feline Travel will be advising timings soon and we should expect an early start. After speaking to Feline Travel our present thinking is for pick up points at Diocesan House and Middleton (for the Kings Lynn party).
Further updates may be expected as things become clearer. We look forward to an exiting day out with our brothers and sisters in Cursillo from all over the UK.
You don’t have to come on the bus of course, we are sure that some of you wish to travel independently. If you do so then please bear in mind that you will need to register with Southwell & Notts Cursillo so they know you are coming.
If you have any questions please get in touch with Bill Rout who will be pleased to answer your questions.
