The Secretariat of Norwich Anglican Cursillo (NAC) are seeking expressions of interest from members of the Cursillo 4th Day Community who would like to be part of the Servant Community.
There are presently 4 positions for which opportunities exist and the successful candidates are expected to be “in post” following the forthcoming AGM in May.
Secretary to the Secretariat.
We are looking for someone with the necessary knowledge and skills to take the minutes of meetings, circulate them to Secretariat members and liaise with the LD to set the agenda. There will also be a need to send & receive correspondence. Further details on request from Barbara Harrold.
4Th Day Co-ordinator.
We are looking for someone who can be responsible for maintaining a list of Small Groups in and around our diocese and their contact details. In addition, we would like them to keep in touch with the groups either by ‘phone or e-mail and advise members of the 4th day community of their nearest group and facilitate them joining a group.
Taking a lead from the Secretariat, we are looking for someone who can identify suitable locations and dates for Ultreyas, liaise with local groups and arrange catering, someone to give a Witness Talk and generally assist with logistics and practicalities “on the day”.
The above 2 jobs (4th Day & Ultreya Co-ordinator) could be combined if someone is particularly interested in this aspect of Cursillo.
Secretariat would also like to appoint someone to take charge of the NAC Archive. We would like a history of NAC to be available for display at the National Ultreya in September 2021.
Does any of this sound like you? Think you can help? We would love to hear from you. Please get in touch with Barbara or any member of the Secretariat.
